Westerhope Motor Group – 2 Years’ Free Servicing Terms & Conditions

The offer applies to eligible vehicles purchased from Westerhope Motor Group Limited.

The free servicing offer is valid for 24 months from the vehicle handover date or until the vehicle has received two scheduled services, whichever comes first.

Servicing must be carried out by Westerhope Motor Group Limited at our workshop.

Services will be completed in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommended service schedule for the vehicle.

The offer covers the cost of routine servicing only, including:

Engine oil.
Oil filter.
Routine service inspection.
Standard labour for the scheduled service.

The offer does not include:

MOT tests.
Repairs.
Diagnostic work.
Tyres.
Brake discs or pads.
Clutch or flywheel.
Timing belts, timing chains or wet belts.
Spark plugs (unless included in the manufacturer’s scheduled service).
Air, pollen, fuel or AdBlue filters where not included within the scheduled service.
Wiper blades.
Batteries.
Bulbs.
Suspension or steering components.
Air conditioning servicing.
Wheel alignment or balancing.
Any wear-and-tear items or unexpected mechanical repairs.

Any additional work identified during the service will only be carried out with the customer’s approval and will be chargeable.

The customer is responsible for ensuring the vehicle is presented for servicing at the correct manufacturer-recommended intervals.

Missed or overdue services may invalidate the free servicing offer.

Appointments are subject to workshop availability.

The offer has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or any alternative.

The offer is non-transferable unless otherwise agreed by Westerhope Motor Group Limited in writing.

The offer may be withdrawn or amended for future vehicle sales without notice but will remain valid for qualifying vehicles already sold.

These terms do not affect the customer’s statutory rights.

Applies only to retail vehicle sales at screen price and excludes trade sales.

Excludes vehicles used for taxis, private hire, driving schools, motorsport, courier or commercial hire use.

Vehicles must remain roadworthy and not have been modified in a way that affects servicing requirements.

Genuine or OE-quality service parts will be used at Westerhope Motor Group’s discretion.
